Effective Date: March 16, 2026
AIO Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") operates Baldur ("the Service"), an AI-powered parole packet preparation tool available at baldur-parole.netlify.app. We understand that parole-related information is deeply personal and sensitive. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use Baldur.
๐ Our Core Privacy Commitment
We do not store your conversations. We do not collect personal information. We do not sell data. We do not track you. Your parole-related details are yours alone.
1. Information We Do NOT Collect
Baldur is designed with privacy as a priority. We want to be clear about what we do not do:
- No user accounts required โ you do not need to register, create a login, or provide any personal information to use Baldur
- No conversations stored โ your chat sessions with Baldur are not saved on our servers between sessions
- No personal information collected โ we do not collect names, email addresses, TDCJ numbers, case details, or any other personally identifiable information (PII)
- No cookies โ we do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies
- No analytics tracking โ we do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other user-tracking tools
- No data selling โ we have never sold and will never sell user data to any third party
2. How Conversations Are Processed
When you interact with Baldur, your messages are processed in real time by an artificial intelligence model to generate responses. Here's how that works:
- Your messages are sent to the Anthropic Claude API for processing
- The AI generates a response based on your input
- The response is delivered back to you in your browser
- Conversations are not stored between sessions โ when you close your browser or start a new session, previous conversations are gone
Third-Party AI Processing
Baldur uses Anthropic's Claude AI to process conversations. Anthropic has its own privacy practices governing how data sent to their API is handled. We encourage you to review Anthropic's Privacy Policy for details on their data handling practices.
Anthropic's API is designed for commercial use and, per their data usage policies, does not use API inputs to train their models.
3. Sensitive Information Notice
We recognize that information related to parole, incarceration, and the criminal justice system is highly sensitive. Because of this:
- We have specifically designed Baldur to avoid collecting or storing any case details, TDCJ numbers, inmate information, or parole-related specifics
- We do not maintain any database of users or their cases
- We cannot look up, retrieve, or share any information you discuss with Baldur, because we simply do not have it
- We strongly recommend that you do not share Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or other highly sensitive identifiers in your conversations with Baldur
4. Data Stored in Your Browser
Some information may be temporarily stored in your web browser's local memory (such as the current chat session) to provide a functional experience. This data:
- Exists only on your device
- Is not transmitted to our servers for storage
- Is cleared when you close the browser tab or start a new session
- Can be manually cleared through your browser's settings at any time
5. Server and Hosting
Baldur is hosted on Netlify, a secure web hosting platform. Netlify may collect basic server logs (such as IP addresses and access timestamps) as part of standard web hosting operations. These logs are managed by Netlify under their own privacy practices and are not accessed or used by AIO Inc. for any tracking or identification purpose.
6. Children's Privacy
Baldur is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18 without the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child under 18 has used the Service without appropriate guardian involvement, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
7. Data Security
Although we do not store user data, we take the security of the Service seriously:
- All connections to Baldur are encrypted using HTTPS/TLS
- API communications with Anthropic are encrypted in transit
- We follow industry-standard security practices in the development and maintenance of the Service
8. Your Rights
Because we do not collect or store personal information, traditional data rights (access, deletion, correction) are largely inapplicable โ there is simply no data to access, delete, or correct. However, you have the right to:
- Stop using the Service at any time
- Clear your browser data to remove any locally cached session information
- Contact us with any privacy concerns or questions
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your privacy.
